Power Switch: A self-locking power switch with an indicator light (the light turns on when the switch is activated).
Start/Lower Button: This button serves dual functions-initiating the equipment operation and controlling the downward movement of the pressing plate.
Lower Pressing Plate: This plate is designed for pressing and assembling products, directly contacting the workpiece during operation.
Adjustable Base Plate: This plate can move up and down via the base plate lifting adjustment knob, enabling fine height adjustment with a range of 0-5mm.
Base Plate Lifting Adjustment Knob: Rotate this knob to adjust the base plate's position-clockwise rotation raises the plate, while counterclockwise rotation lowers it.
Safety Door: For safety purposes, this door must be closed during production operations. The equipment will not start or run if the door is open.
Raise Button: This button controls the upward movement of the lower pressing plate (used to reset the plate after pressing is completed).
Emergency Stop Button: Press this button in case of emergency to immediately halt all equipment operations. Rotate the button to reset it and resume normal use.
Pressure Holding Time: Controlled by a time relay, this refers to the duration the lower pressing plate stays at the lowest position after pressing down. Once the set time elapses, the lower pressing plate automatically rises back to its original position.
