Mechanical Aspects
(1) When operating the equipment, always refer to the operation manual to ensure compliance with standard procedures.
(2) Wear appropriate work clothes. Do not wear ties, necklaces, or loose-fitting clothing while operating or maintaining the equipment; mandatorily use necessary protective gear (e.g., safety gloves, goggles).
(3) Keep hands away from the equipment's moving parts to prevent crushing, cutting, or other physical injuries.
(4) Before starting equipment operation, pre-plan and confirm all operation steps to avoid errors caused by hasty operations.
(5) Prior to demonstrating any operation near the equipment, completely stop all moving components to eliminate potential hazards during the demonstration.
Electrical Aspects
(1) The equipment's power supply and terminals pose electrical hazards. To prevent electric shock and related injuries, always cut off the main power supply first during equipment maintenance. Additionally, only qualified or trained maintenance personnel are permitted to perform maintenance and repair work.
(2) Before conducting any maintenance inside the electrical cabinet, turn off the main power supply. Live-line operation is strictly prohibited; only trained personnel are allowed to carry out live maintenance or adjustments (if absolutely necessary).
(3) Familiarize yourself with and remember the location of all safety devices (e.g., emergency stop buttons, circuit breakers), and strictly adhere to standard safety rules during all operations.
