To date, it has secured orders from 12 leading brands in Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other regions, supporting compliant production of mainstream flavors including fruit, herbal and tobacco blends.
This all-in-one black device is equipped with a touch screen and an intelligent temperature control system, enabling low-temperature filling to preserve the activity of flavor substances. It also features dual-tank separate storage-meaning production lines can switch raw materials from "peach flavor" to "milk tea flavor" without stopping, boosting efficiency by 60% compared with traditional equipment. A technical director at DIHAI Automation stated, "The flavor preference cycle of Gen Z consumers has now shortened to 9 months; the flexible capacity of equipment directly determines a brand's new product launch speed."
Shifts in the market are forcing equipment upgrades. Data shows that the global market size of flavored e-cigarette products exceeded $28 billion in 2025, with mixed fruit flavors and functional herbal flavors accounting for over 70%. Meanwhile, China's new e-cigarette regulations on refined production capacity control have led enterprises to prefer purchasing highly efficient "multi-functional" equipment. "Our equipment has passed the EU TPD certification and can simultaneously meet nicotine concentration standards in different markets, which is particularly crucial for export-oriented enterprises," a relevant person in charge at DIHAI revealed. The device is also compatible with filling new product categories such as CBD atomization liquid and nicotine-free herbal liquid, further expanding its application scenarios.
Industry analysts point out that as markets like the UK relax restrictions on flavored products (e.g., Juul added peach flavor in early 2026), filling machines with "compliance + multi-flavor" capabilities will become the core growth driver of the e-cigarette equipment market in 2026. It is estimated that global procurement volume of related equipment will increase by 45% year-on-year throughout the year.
