Dongguan Dihai Automation Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. recently launched the DHC5E 7.5T Vertical Hydraulic Capping Machine, specially designed for e-cigarette atomizer mouthpiece pressing. It delivers high precision, efficiency, and ease of use for mass production.
Adopting a hydraulic control system, the machine provides a maximum pressure of 7500Kg and supports atomizers ranging from 20–120mm in length. It features an integrated structure and comes fully assembled and ready to run upon delivery, requiring no on-site installation.
The machine is equipped with emergency stop, start button, height adjustment knob, and time relay for safe and precise operation. With height plates and quick-change fixtures, it supports fast changeover between different products. Pressing stroke, holding time, and base height are fully adjustable to ensure consistent, high-quality capping.
