Desktop Capping Machine is an electric device specially designed for the e-cigarette industry. It can quickly, conveniently and accurately complete capping operations for multiple e-cigarettes of various types at the same time, greatly improving the pressing efficiency of atomizer mouthpieces.
The core of the equipment consists of a frame, pressing fixture and hydraulic station device. It adopts an integrated assembly delivery mode-customers do not need to install it by themselves after receiving the equipment. It can be put into use after unpacking and commissioning, reducing the operation threshold.
As a dedicated pressing equipment for e-cigarette atomizer mouthpieces, its mechanical structure includes two core modules: frame assembly and pressing assembly. During operation, all components run in coordination, enabling simple operation, convenient pressing and precise compaction of e-cigarette atomizer mouthpieces. It effectively avoids product loss caused by pressing deviation and is suitable for the production needs of atomizers of different specifications.
