In the e-cigarette manufacturing process, the efficiency and precision of the capping procedure directly affect product quality and production capacity. A desktop capping machine specially designed for e-cigarette production has become a focus of the industry due to its core advantages of "speed, convenience, and accuracy". It not only handles the capping needs of multiple e-cigarettes of various specifications simultaneously but also completely transforms the inefficiency and errors of traditional manual capping through an electrified operation mode, providing strong support for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
II. Core Structure and Working Principle: Simple Design for Efficient Operation
1. Main Structure: Integrated Design for Ready-to-Use
The desktop capping machine adopts a highly integrated structure, with core components including a frame, pressing fixture, and hydraulic station device, which together form a stable capping system.
Frame: As the basic framework of the equipment, it is made of high-strength alloy material, featuring excellent load-bearing and impact resistance. It ensures no shaking or deformation of the equipment during the capping process, providing stable support for precise pressing.
Pressing Fixture: It adopts an adjustable design, with strong adaptability to e-cigarette atomizers of different diameters and heights. By simply adjusting the fixture parameters, it can quickly switch production specifications without frequent mold replacement.
Hydraulic Station Device: As the core of electrified power, it can output stable and adjustable pressure, avoiding problems such as loose capping (oil leakage) or over-tight capping (damaging the atomizer) caused by pressure fluctuations.
Special Advantage: The equipment is fully assembled before leaving the factory. Customers do not need to disassemble and install it themselves after receiving the goods; they only need to connect the power supply to start operation. This greatly shortens the equipment commissioning cycle and lowers the threshold for manual operation.
2. Working Principle: Coordinated Operation for Precise Pressing
The core function of this desktop capping machine is to press-fit mouthpieces onto e-cigarette atomizers. Its working process proceeds in an orderly manner around three steps: "fixing - pressing - completion", and achieves efficient and precise operation relying on the coordinated operation of mechanical components:
First, the operator places the e-cigarette atomizer to be capped into the pressing fixture, which quickly fixes the atomizer through an automatic positioning structure to ensure no deviation during the pressing process.
Subsequently, when the equipment is started, the hydraulic station device outputs the corresponding pressure according to the preset parameters, and the pressure is transmitted to the pressing assembly through a transmission mechanism.
Finally, the pressing assembly applies downward pressure at a constant and stable force, precisely pressing the mouthpiece onto the atomizer. Throughout the process, the stability of the frame, the positioning accuracy of the fixture, and the pressure control of the hydraulic station work together to completely eliminate the problem of uneven force during manual capping, achieving the production goals of "simple operation, convenient switching, and precise pressing".
