Suction Resistance Temperature Testing Touch Screen Machine

The suction resistance and temperature measurement testing machine relates to an integrated suction resistance and temperature testing machine that can quickly, conveniently and accurately inject oil into various electronic cigarettes simultaneously.

⑥ Digital display pressure gauge: measure the suction resistance and vacuum pressure of objects;

⑦ Pressure warning lamp: When the measured pressure reaches the set pressure range, the lamp lights up;

⑧ Suction port: measuring object placement port (built-in infrared thermometer);

⑨ Suction and resistance gas regulation: adjust the suction and resistance pressure;

⑩ Suction and resistance motor adjustment: adjust the voltage of the suction and resistance motor;

⑪ Filter: filter the air flow in the vacuum pipe;

⑫ Air outlet: The gas entering the test hole is discharged from the hole;

⑬ Cooling fan: heat dissipation function.

(1) Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light will be on, and all instruments will be on;

(2) The operation method of digital pressure gauge is as follows:

Action indicator light (green (OUT1), red (OUT2)): Displays the action status of the switch.

LCD display: displays the current pressure status, the status of the set mode, the selected display unit, and error codes. Usually it can be displayed in a single color of red or green, or it can be displayed according to the output action.

From green to red, or from red to green, a total of 4 display methods can be selected.

Button: Increase the setting value of the mode and ON/OFF. Used when switching to peak display mode.

Buttons: Reduce the mode and ON/OFF settings. Used when switching to valley display mode.

Buttons: used when changing various modes and determining set values.

Unit Display: Displays the current unit specification. (Display units are only kPa and MPa)

Concerning the Zeroing of Displayed Values:

To clear the display value, press the and buttons simultaneously for 1 second.

Please reset it without pressure the first time you use it.
