Suction Resistance Temperature Testing Machine

The suction resistance and temperature measurement testing machine refers to an integrated suction resistance and temperature testing machine that can simultaneously inject oil into multiple electronic cigarettes quickly, conveniently, and accurately.

1. Power socket: power input interface, voltage 110220V 50Hz, power switch, and built-in fuse.

2. Anti-burn switch: Turn this switch on to prevent cotton from burning.

3. Sound switch: A qualified sound switch with opening and closing functions.

4. Temperature measurement table: determine the object's temperature.

5. Temperature warning lamp: The lamp illuminates when the measured temperature reaches or exceeds the set temperature.

6. Digital display pressure gauge: determine object suction resistance and vacuum pressure.

7. Pressure warning lamp: The lamp illuminates when the measured pressure reaches the set pressure range.

8. Suction port: measuring object placement port (infrared thermometer built-in).

9. Suction and resistance gas regulation: fine-tune the suction and resistance pressures.

10. Suction and resistance motor voltage adjustment: change the voltage of the suction and resistance motors.

11. Filter: the air flow in the vacuum pipe is filtered.

12. Air outlet: The gas that enters the test hole is discharged from it.

13. Heat dissipation function of the cooling fan.

(1) Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light will illuminate, as will all instruments.

(2) The digital pressure gauge operates in the following manner:

Action indicator light (green (OUT1), red (OUT2): Displays the switch's action status.

The LCD display shows the current pressure status, the set mode status, the selected display unit, and error codes. It is usually displayed in a single color, such as red or green, or it is displayed based on the output action.

A total of four display methods are available, ranging from green to red or red to green.

Button: Increase the mode and ON/OFF setting value. When switching to peak display mode, this property is used.

Buttons: Change the mode and toggle the ON/OFF switch. When switching to valley display mode, this is used.

Buttons: used for switching between modes and determining set values.

About Zeroing Displayed Values:

Press the and buttons simultaneously for 1 second to clear the display value.

When using it for the first time, please reset it without pressure.
