The testing machine adopts a touch screen, which makes various parameters clear at a glance, easy to operate, and convenient and fast to test.

The touch screen has automatic mode and port number mode for customer testing. Also displayed:

Negative pressure value, number of smoking tests, test value, number of cigarettes smoked, and number of cigarettes cycle time are adjustable.

Independent speed control switch, adjustable negative pressure value, using a variety of electronic cigarettes to test smoke resistance. In addition, there is an upper and lower limit dual color light alarm function: exceeding the upper limit of the pressure setting value or below the lower limit of the setting value.

If the limit is reached, the alarm's red light indicates that the product is unqualified; if the pressure set value range is met, the alarm's green light indicates that the product is qualified.

 

 

 

(1) Connect the power supply, switch on and off the power switch, and the power indicator light will be on;

(2) Before starting the machine, adjust the test time and set the timer, as follows:

① Time relay setting method: As shown in the above figure, each function is displayed, with the left side being the disconnection time setting and the right side being the contact time setting; Adjust the time setting above and below the number (adjustment keys "+" and "-"), such as pressing the "-" button above the number to decrease the time; Press "+" below the number to add the time.

② The time unit modes include: "0.1S", "S", "0.1M", "M", "0.1H", and "H", as shown on the right side of the figure; You can switch time units by pressing the up and down (adjustment keys "+", "-");

③ The cycle time setting of this device uses the right side (contact zone) function of the time relay, and the time is adjusted to 2S (this time can be appropriately adjusted based on the actual needs of the device). Set the function on the left (disconnection interval), and adjust all the numbers to "2S" (this time can be adjusted appropriately based on the actual needs of the device);

(3) Air pump pressure regulation: First, adjust the right function of the time relay to 2S, and the start indicator light remains on. Adjust the air pump A, rotate the pressure regulator A clockwise, and block the test hole A with your hand. Observe the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge A, and adjust the required pressure. The general pressure is 1-2kPa (this pressure can be adjusted appropriately based on the actual needs of the equipment). Similarly, adjust air pump B.
