New Electric Cigarette Oil Injector: Efficient, Precise, And Safe Operation

A newly developed 10-needle electric cigarette oil injector is gaining attention for its ability to quickly, conveniently, and accurately inject oil into multiple specifications of cigarette products simultaneously.

Operational Principles and Structure

The injector consists of mechanical and electrical control devices. The electrical part features a touch screen display. Mechanically, it includes an electric oil injection component, a Z-axis moving component, and a Y-axis moving component. These parts work in coordination to enable simple, convenient, and precise oil injection. Sensors for temperature and positioning transmit equipment data to the touch screen, allowing for automatic control and real-time display of all oil injection parameters.

Installation and Safety

For installation, the device should be placed in a location with a temperature of 15 - 100℃, relative humidity not exceeding 85%, no drastic temperature changes, level ground, no direct sunlight, good ventilation, and little dust. When moving, use a lift to keep it horizontal and remove the packaging crate first.

Safety precautions cover both mechanical and electrical aspects. Mechanically, operators must refer to the manual, wear appropriate clothing, avoid touching heated parts, plan operations, and stop moving parts before demonstrations. Electrically, disconnect the main power during maintenance, which should only be done by qualified personnel, and turn off power before working in the electrical box.

Operational Notes

Before operation, check the power supply, grounding, wiring, electrical components, and pipelines. Demonstrate steps first, don't operate with the safety door open, use a leakage-protected air switch, ground the housing, and disconnect power before moving.

Fault Handling

Common faults include touch screen display issues (due to loose power terminals or faulty switches/screens, fixed by reconnecting or replacing), origin reset failures (check sensors/motors), automatic mode problems (reset axes), oil injection issues (adjust speed/time), oil overflow (adjust speed or replace seals), and temperature display errors (check sensors).

This injector represents a step forward in cigarette production equipment, combining efficiency, precision, and safety.
