Developed by cross-functional teams specializing in engineering, quality assurance, and product development, the protocols adhere to China's mandatory GB 41700-2022 standard, the EU Tobacco Products Directive (2014/40/EU), and the IEC 60335-2-120:2024 safety specification. Integrating GC-MS data calibration technology and smoking machine simulation principles, the solution achieves accurate puff count quantification without dedicated vertical-positioning tools through standardized airflow control and constant temperature monitoring, with a measurement error margin of less than ±2%-meeting the industry's rigorous requirements for product durability and stability.
Industry data shows that China's e-cigarette lifespan tester market grew 37% year-on-year in 2024, with automated testing equipment penetration reaching 63%. However, the lack of specialized vertical-positioning tools has hindered testing accuracy in niche scenarios.
