Its functional design fully covers the entire oil filling production process, from power control to precise filling, from parameter monitoring to safety protection, comprehensively meeting the mass production needs of e-cigarette enterprises and injecting new impetus into the industry's automated production.
The equipment has a clear functional layout, combining operational convenience and practicality. The 12 core functions are as follows:
① Power Socket and Switch: Equipped with a power input interface, compatible with 110V 60Hz voltage, and built-in power switch and fuse. This dual protection ensures the equipment's electrical safety and prevents damage caused by unstable voltage or overload.
② Oil Filling Pump: As the core filling component of the equipment, it accurately drives the e-liquid transmission, ensures a stable and efficient filling process, and provides power support for subsequent oil filling operations.
③ Foot Switch Socket: Used to connect the foot switch, enabling the switching between "manual control + foot control" dual operation modes. It meets the operating habits of different operators and improves operational flexibility.
④ Foot Start Switch: Used in conjunction with the socket, pressing it starts the oil filling process. No manual continuous triggering is required, freeing the operator's hands and reducing labor intensity.
⑤ Heating Belt Socket: Specifically designed to connect the heating belt, providing temperature protection for the e-liquid transmission link and preventing the increase in e-liquid viscosity from affecting fluidity in low-temperature environments.
⑥ Stop Switch: One-click triggering can terminate the oil filling operation. In case of filling abnormalities or emergencies, it can quickly cut off the process to ensure production safety and product quality.
⑦ Touch Screen: Displays various parameters of the equipment in operation in real time (such as oil filling volume, temperature, pressure, etc.). Operators can intuitively monitor production data and adjust parameters simultaneously, with a simple and easy-to-understand operation interface.
⑧ Start Button: Functions the same as the foot start switch. Pressing it starts the oil filling, and the lit button intuitively indicates that the equipment is in the oil filling state, facilitating operators to judge the equipment's operation status.
⑨ Oil Inlet Pipe: Builds a transmission channel for e-liquid from the oil cup to the oil filling pump, ensuring smooth flow of e-liquid into the pump body and providing stable e-liquid supply for the filling link.
⑩ Oil Outlet Pipe and Heat Trace Tape: The oil outlet pipe is responsible for transporting the e-liquid in the pump body to the oil filling pen. The heat trace tape is closely attached to the oil outlet pipe, playing dual roles of heating and heat preservation. It maintains the appropriate viscosity of the e-liquid and prevents blockage in the pipe.
⑪ Oil Cup: With a capacity of 500ml, it can store e-liquid and support heating function. It not only meets the e-liquid reserve demand for batch oil filling but also ensures the e-liquid maintains good fluidity through heating.
⑫ Oil Filling Pen: As the filling component in direct contact with the atomizer, it accurately aligns with the atomizer's oil filling port to achieve "one-needle" precise filling, avoiding e-liquid leakage and ensuring uniform oil filling volume for each atomizer.
According to the R&D team, the equipment is designed to address the pain points of the e-cigarette production scenario. The 12 functions cooperate with each other to reduce the risk of failures in the production link from the source, simplify the operation process, and new operators can get started after simple training. At present, a number of e-cigarette manufacturers have completed the equipment trial. Feedback shows that the equipment's oil filling accuracy error is controlled within a very small range, and the production efficiency is increased by more than 40% compared with traditional equipment, significantly reducing the enterprise's production costs. In the future, the R&D team will further optimize the functional details based on market feedback and launch an upgraded version compatible with more atomizer specifications.
