The electronic cigarette resistance tester is used to test the electronic cigarette wadding rod or to "smoke and burn" the completed electronic cigarette to determine whether the instantaneous smoke is qualified. Suction resistance is the vacuum pressure generated at the suction side of the cigarette holder after a certain amount of air is inhaled (hereinafter referred to as suction resistance). As a result, suction resistance can be measured using pressure.

① Power socket: power input interface, voltage 110~220V 50Hz;

② Power switch: switch the main power button (with indicator light);

③ Smoking port A: Station I tests the air inlet of the electronic cigarette. Pay attention to good sealing before accurate testing;

④ Smoking port B: Station II tests the air inlet of the electronic cigarette. Pay attention to good sealing before accurate testing;

⑤ Timer: Set the length of test time;

⑥ Counter: calculate the test production quantity, and press "Reset" to reset the quantity to zero;

⑦ Digital pressure gauge A: Station I displays the test pressure of smoking port A (fixed air pressure can be set);

⑧ Digital pressure gauge B: Station II displays the test pressure of smoking port B (fixed air pressure can be set);

⑨ Upper limit buzzer alarm A: The test pressure exceeds the set pressure indicator light on the pressure gauge A;

⑩ Upper limit buzzer alarm B: The test pressure exceeds the set pressure indicator light on the pressure gauge B;

⑪ Power indicator: When the 24V power switch is turned on, the indicator lights up;

⑫ Start indicator light: When the air pump power start switch is turned on, the indicator light comes on;

⑬ Pressure adjusting knob A: Adjust the pressure at the smoking port A (turn off the air pump when it is adjusted to the minimum);

⑭ Pressure adjusting knob B: Adjust the pressure of smoking port B (turn off the air pump when it is adjusted to the minimum);

⑮ Smoke outlet A: The gas entering the smoke outlet A exits from this hole;

⑯ Smoke outlet B: The gas entering the smoke outlet B exits from this hole;

⑰ Waste smoke oil discharge outlet: discharge the smoke oil in the pipeline.

It can be used to test various electronic cigarettes. It can be outfitted with corresponding silica gel molds based on different cigarette holders in order to test various electronic cigarette products.
