Pneumatic Smoke Resistance Testing Machine

The electronic cigarette resistance tester is used to test the electronic cigarette wadding rod or "smoke and burn" the finished electronic cigarette, and judge whether the instantaneous smoke is qualified. The vacuum pressure generated at the suction side of the cigarette holder after a certain amount of air is inhaled suction resistance (hereinafter referred to as suction resistance). Therefore, the suction resistance can be measured by pressure measurement.

1. Power socket: power input interface, voltage 110220V 50Hz.

2. Power switch: turn on the main power switch (with an indicator light).

3. Station I tests the air inlet of the electronic cigarette at Smoking Port A. Prior to accurate testing, pay close attention to good sealing.

4. Smoking port B: Station II tests the electronic cigarette's air inlet. Prior to accurate testing, pay close attention to good sealing.

5. Timer: Define the length of the test.

6. Counter: calculate the quantity of test production and press "Reset" to reset the quantity to zero.

7. Station I's digital pressure gauge displays the test pressure of smoking port A (a fixed air pressure can be set).

8. Digital pressure gauge B: Station II displays the smoking port B's test pressure (a fixed air pressure can be set).

9. Upper limit buzzer alarm A: The test pressure exceeds the set pressure, causing the pressure gauge A's indicator light to flash.

10. Upper limit buzzer alarm B: The test pressure exceeds the set pressure indicated by the pressure gauge B's indicator light.

11. Power indicator: The indicator illuminates when the 24V power switch is turned on.

12. Start indicator light: When the air pump power start switch is activated, the indicator light illuminates.

13. Pressure adjusting knob A: Adjust the pressure at the smoking port A (turn off the air pump once the pressure is set to the minimum).

14. Pressure adjusting knob B: Adjust the pressure of smoking port B (turn off the air pump when it is adjusted to the minimum).

15. Smoke outlet A: The gas entering the smoke outlet A exits from this hole.

16. Smoke outlet B: The gas entering the smoke outlet B exits from this hole.

17. Waste smoke oil discharge outlet: discharge the smoke oil in the pipeline.

It is applicable to the testing of various electronic cigarettes. It can be equipped with corresponding silica gel molds according to different cigarette holders to realize the testing of different electronic cigarette products.
