Principal Structure and Operation
1. Primary structure
It is primarily made up of a rack, an operating workbench, and an electrical control device. (The equipment is shipped in its entirety, with no customer installation.)
2. Operating principle
This tool is used to tighten the atomizer cigarette holder on an electronic atomizer. It has three components: a frame, an operating table, and an electrical control device. Mechanical devices on the equipment include frame components, lifting components, and rotating components. Because of the coordinated operation of each component, the electronic fuming device can tighten the cigarette holder simply, conveniently, and accurately. The data from the equipment is sent to the control panel via speed, time, and other sensors, and the equipment can be controlled automatically.

Description of the Function
1. Foot switch connector: The machine has a foot switch (with accessories) that uses an aviation connector. Insert and secure;
2. Power plug: Insert the appropriate power cord (with accessories) and take care not to overtighten it;
3. Power switch (self-locking);
4. Motor speed adjustment: This knob controls the clamping rotary head's rotation speed (clockwise).
The clockwise direction is faster than the counterclockwise direction;
5. Rotation time adjustment: This knob changes the rotation time of the (clockwise) (clamping rotary head)
The clockwise direction denotes a long time, while the counterclockwise direction denotes a short time;
6. This knob adjusts the height of the internal inductive switch to accommodate Atomizers of the same length (clockwise means upward, otherwise downward);
7. Atomizer placement hole: Insert the atomizer that needs to be screwed into the hole (outside the atomizer) (if the diameter is greater than 11mm, additional feeding cover accessories are required), and place the cigarette holder upright;
8. Atomizer height buffer adjustment: This buffer allows the atomizer's height to be adjusted to accommodate different lengths. Cigarette holder (adjust the height to fit long cigarette holders and the height to fit short cigarette holders);
9. Clamping rotary head: A cylinder and a motor work together to operate this clamping rotary head, which has a rotating action for clamping and tightening the cigarette holder;
10. Positioning hole: This is the hole where the clamping rotary head is installed;
11. Sensor height viewing hole slot: This slot is used to determine the sensor's height;
12. Air inlet: The machine's air inlet is equipped with a 6mm air pipe.
