1. First loosen the nut of the automatic filling machine, then adjust the screw to change the position of the lower fixed rod, and then the length of the sliding door of the needle is also changed. In order to achieve the purpose of adjusting the dispensing amount at will, adjust it clockwise The extruder screw makes it expand, and conversely, the extruder screw decreases, indicated by the needle on the side.
2. Tighten the nut after adjustment so that the lower fixing rod and the gear are closely fixed.
3. Loosen the nut, and determine the position of the upper fixing rod according to the length of the sliding door of the different injection equipment. After adjusting the lower fixing rod, the rotating gear will rotate the needle upward above all stop points, and then move the needle The outer tube is raised about 2 mm to prevent damage to the barrel, and then the nut is tightened before opening the device.
4. After the automatic filling machine is installed correctly, turn on the power switch. When the machine is working, the gear pushes the injection machine to drive the liquid left and right. Adjust the speed knob to select the appropriate dispensing speed, and then start to work normally. Adjust the speed control knob , dispatching clockwise is faster, and dispatching in the opposite direction is slower.
