This equipment is used for the cigarette oil injected into the electronic fuming device. It is composed of mechanical device, operating workbench and electrical control device. The mechanical device includes: oil filling component, oil pan lifting component and tray lifting component. The coordinated operation of each component enables the electronic fuming device to inject oil easily, conveniently and accurately. The data of the device is transmitted to the touch screen through temperature, positioning and other sensors. The device can automatically control, and the parameters of oil filling are automatically displayed and saved in real time.

FAQ
1. How much oil will be lost per batch within the machine and oil reservoir?
A: Because we do not use a "oil line," there is little to no loss. Instead, ideal pistons are used to push the oil out. The channelized oil basin allows the led to sit deeper in the oil, leaving about 30ml or so in the basin after filling the syringe for the next time it is run.
2. How frequently does it need to be calibrated?
A: Our machines are not required to calibrate using the same cartridge style for each run.
3. How many units per hour can it fill?
A: The filling machines in our 100pcs/time series can fill up to 200 cartridges per minute.
