It is mainly composed of rack, operating workbench and electrical control device. (The equipment is shipped as a whole, without customer installation)
2. Working principle
This tool is used to screw the electronic atomizer's atomizer cigarette holder. It is made up of three parts: a frame, an operating table, and an electrical control device. The equipment's mechanical devices include frame components, lifting components, and rotating components. The electronic fuming device can tighten the cigarette holder simply, conveniently, and accurately due to the coordinated operation of each component. The equipment's data is transmitted to the control panel via speed, time, and other sensors, and the equipment can be controlled automatically.

Function Description
1. Foot switch connector: The machine is equipped with a foot switch (with accessories), using an aviation connector. Insert and tighten;
2. Power plug: Insert the matching power cord (with accessories), and be careful not to loosen it;
3. Power switch: self-locking power switch;
4. Motor speed adjustment: This knob adjusts the rotation speed (clockwise) of the clamping rotary head
The clockwise direction is fast, and the reverse direction is slow;
5. Rotation time adjustment: This knob adjusts the rotation time (clockwise) of the (clamping rotary head)
The clockwise direction indicates a long time, while the reverse direction indicates a short time;
6. Inductive switch height adjustment: This knob adjusts the height of the internal inductive switch to accommodate
Atomizer of the same length (clockwise means upward, otherwise downward);
7. Atomizer placement hole: Place the atomizer that needs to be screwed into the hole (outside the atomizer)
If the diameter is greater than 11mm, additional feeding cover accessories are required), and the cigarette holder needs to be placed upright;
8. Atomizer height buffer adjustment: This buffer adjusts the height to accommodate different lengths

9. Clamping rotary head: This clamping rotary head is jointly operated by a cylinder and a motor to clamp

11. Sensor height viewing hole slot: This slot is used to observe the height of the sensor;
12. Air inlet: The air inlet of the machine is equipped with a 6mm air pipe.
