2. Working principle

This device is used for screwing caps on various electronic cigarette holders. The mechanical device is composed of a mechanical device and an electrical control device. The mechanical device includes an electric rotating component, a Z-axis lifting component, an X-axis moving component, and a Y-axis moving component. The coordinated operation of various components enables the electronic cigarette holder to be easily, conveniently, and accurately tightened on the atomizer. The data of the device is transmitted to the touch screen through sensors such as torque, positioning, and the like. The device can be automatically controlled, and various parameters of the cap can be automatically displayed in real-time.

1. Check whether the X-axis moving assembly position is at the rightmost origin position, the Y-axis moving assembly position is at the front origin position, and the Z-axis lifting assembly is at the upper origin position; Please do not place the atomizer tray on the tray plate of the X-axis assembly before the demonstration to avoid accidental action that may damage the atomizer.

2. Check whether the power cord connected to the back of the equipment meets the equipment standard, and the input voltage of the wiring plug and main power socket: 110-120V 60Hz 10A. There is a spare fuse inside the socket.

3. Check whether the touch screen and main power switch are damaged.

4. Check whether the plum blossom screw of the atomizer tray is damaged, as shown in the right figure, check whether the pressing screw is damaged and rotates smoothly. Push the atomizer clamping plate manually to see if it is elastic.
