A filling and sealing efficiency of 4,000 units per hour is at the high-end level in the industry, far exceeding conventional automated equipment (1,000-1,500 units/hour). This efficiency breakthrough benefits from the combination of a dual-servo drive system and self-sealing technology: the servo motor achieves synchronous operation of the filling head and conveyor belt, while the self-sealing device eliminates the separate capping process, increasing overall process efficiency by over 100%.
