Oil Filling Pump: The "power core" of the equipment. It drives the internal piston or gear to operate through a precision motor, generating stable pressure to transport e-liquid from the oil cup to the oil filling pen for quantitative filling. Its core technology lies in "precise pressure control" - it can adjust the pump's output pressure according to the volume requirements of different atomizers, avoiding e-liquid overflow caused by excessive pressure or insufficient filling due to low pressure, and is a core component ensuring filling accuracy.
Foot Switch Socket: Provides a standardized interface (usually a 3Pin aviation plug, anti-misinsertion and anti-loosening) for external foot switches. After connection, it can realize the operation mode of "hands positioning the atomizer + feet starting oil filling", which is especially suitable for production lines that require manual feeding. Operators do not need to frequently switch hand movements, which can improve operation efficiency by more than 30% and reduce safety risks caused by accidental touch of equipment buttons with hands.
Foot Start Switch: A control component used with the foot switch socket, adopting a waterproof and non-slip design (adapting to the oily environment of the workshop) with a moderate trigger force (5-10N). After stepping on it, the oil filling process is triggered by a circuit signal, and it automatically resets after releasing. It supports two modes: "inching oil filling" (one oil filling completed with a single step) and "continuous oil filling" (continuous oil filling with continuous stepping), adapting to different production rhythm requirements.
Start Button: A backup start component with exactly the same function as the foot start switch, adopting a light-equipped button (LED indicator light, red constant light indicates standby, green flashing indicates oil filling in progress). It is installed in a prominent position on the equipment operation panel, convenient for operators to use when the foot switch fails or for single-person quick debugging; the button surface is made of wear-resistant material, which can withstand more than 100,000 presses to meet long-term production needs.
