Equipment Operation Guide

  Simulated Operation (No Atomizer Loaded)

Do not place any atomizer on the equipment.

Press the Start (Lower) Button; the lower pressing plate will move downward.

The lower pressing plate stops when it reaches the lowest position, and the pressure holding time starts counting.

Once the pressure holding time expires, the lower pressing plate begins to rise and returns to its original position.

The simulated operation is completed.

Debugging Operation: Placement Methods of Height Matching Plates

Method 1 for Height Matching Plate Placement

Rotate the Base Plate Lifting Adjustment Knob to lower the Adjustable Base Plate to its lowest position.

Place an atomizer with a pre-installed mouthpiece into the atomizer tray (see Figure 1).

Press the Start (Lower) Button to activate the machine. When the lower pressing plate descends to the lowest position, press the Emergency Stop Button to keep the lower pressing plate stationary (see Figure 2). At this point, the distance between the lower surface of the lower pressing plate and the upper surface of the Adjustable Base Plate should be 85mm.

Place the atomizer tray (with the atomizer inside) between the height matching plate and the lower pressing plate, and compare the heights (see Figure 3).

Select and place height matching plates (available specifications: 20mm, 10mm, 5mm) such that the distance between the top of the atomizer and the bottom surface of the lower pressing plate is less than 5mm.

After completing the height matching, reset the Emergency Stop Button, press the Raise Button, and the lower pressing plate will return to its original position.

Method 2 for Height Matching Plate Placement

Rotate the Base Plate Lifting Adjustment Knob to lower the Adjustable Base Plate to its lowest position.

Place an atomizer with a pre-installed mouthpiece into the atomizer tray (see Figure 4), and measure their combined height (denoted as H).

Calculate the required height of the combined height matching plates using the formula: Required Height = 85mm - H.

Example: If the combined height (H) of the atomizer and atomizer tray is 36mm, the required height of the height matching plates is calculated as: h = 85mm - 38mm = 47mm. In this case, the height matching plates can be combined as two 20mm plates + one 5mm plate (20mm×2 + 5mm = 45mm).

The remaining 2mm gap can be adjusted by rotating the Base Plate Lifting Adjustment Knob to fine-tune the height of the Adjustable Base Plate.
