 Mechanical aspects

(3) The device needs to be heated, please do not touch it with your hands to avoid burns.
(4) Before operating the equipment, consider the steps of the operation.
(5) Before demonstrating any operation near the device, all active components must be stopped first

Move the X, Y, and Z axes to the oil injection position of the first atomizer. When "save X1,Y1" is displayed, click the "Enter" key to save the current starting coordinates of the X/Y axes.
Click the toggle key again. When "save Z1" appears, click the "Enter" key to save the highest lifting point Z1 for oil injection on the Z - axis.
Operate the Z - axis to move downward. When observing that the needle reaches the top of the atomizer and there is no collision during left - right movement, click the toggle key. When "save Z2" appears, click the "Enter" key to save the height Z2 of the Z - axis near the top of the atomizer.
Continue to operate the Z - axis to move downward. Observe the oil injection depth when the needle is inserted into the atomizer. Click the toggle key. When "save Z3" appears, click the "Enter" key to save the oil injection depth Z3 of the Z - axis. Then the position parameter setting is completed, as shown in the right - hand figure.
