How much oil loss will occur with each batch within the machine and oil reservoir?

A: There is little-to-no loss because we do not use an "oil line. Instead we use ideal pistons to push the oil out. The channelized oil basin allows the led to sit deeper in the oil leaving about 30ml or so in the basin after filling work completed muse the syringe for the next time run.

How frequently does it require calibration?

A: Our machines are not required to calibrate for that using the same style of cartridge for each run. However, it is recommended that you calibrate the machine range.

How many units can it fill per hour? per day?

A: In ideal conditions, our 100pcs/time filling machines series can fill up to 200 cartridges per minute. Given that, it can fill to 12,000 units per hour, and 288,000 cartridges or pods, disposable pen over 24-hour period.

How long it takes for heating-up procedure?

A: 10 minutes to heat both the injector and basin.

Is it possible to run the machine continuously throughout a whole working day?

A: Yes. Our 100pcs/time filling machine were designed for continuous operation. You may continuously supply oil to the machine by pouring into the basin, or by cycling between basin. We could do the customized oil basin like 1000-1000ml for you as well if you have the requirements.

How do variations in oil viscosity affect performance?

A: Different oil viscosities require different draw-up times from the basin to the injector and/or different oil basin and injector temperatures. If your oil is thick or super thick, setting up for extending the T1, T2, T6 time to 15-20 seconds from the setting parameter.
